Make It

Tap or click steps to mark as complete

  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding broccoli to the cooking water for the last 5 minutes of the pasta cooking time; drain. Cover to keep warm.
  • Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes on medium-high heat or until chicken is cooked through. Add VELVEETA, soup and milk; mix well. Reduce heat to low; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  • Add pasta; toss to coat.

Shortcut

Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Grilled or Italian Style Chicken Breast Strips for the cooked fresh chicken strips. Cook pasta and broccoli as directed. Drain; return to saucepan. Add chicken, VELVEETA, soup and milk; continue as directed.

Perfect Pasta

For perfect pasta that's cooked just right, test it often near the end of the cooking time suggested on the package. The perfect pasta is done when it's tender, but still slightly firm as you bite into it. To keep the pasta from cooking any further, immediately drain it in a colander.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Another great week night dinner from Kraft! Another great week night dinner from Kraft!! My 12 yr old daughter liked it, my 7 yr old liked it, and so did my husband. I thought it was a bit cheesey, next time I am not going to add all the Velveeta. The best thing about this dinner was that on my way home from work I was able to call my daughter and have her take the chicken breasts from the fridge(oh, I used fresh chicken), cut them up into chunks, start to brown them, and start the noodles! I LOVE THAT!! A dinner easy enough to have my daughter start before I get home!! WAY TO GO KRAFT!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is such a great, easy casserole recipe! This is such a great, easy casserole recipe! And it's delicious! The velveeta really makes it creamy and cheesy. I've made this and froze it for future weeknight dinners and hectic nights, and it's even a great casserole to bring over to a neighbor's house, you can whip it up in minutes. It acually looks more appetizing than the washed out picture they have shown. In a pinch I've even made it with canned chicken and it turned out just as good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG this was wonderful! OMG this was wonderful!!!! We are stuffed! My sister said she can't wait until breakfast so that she can eat some more of it. The entire family was apprenhsive about this receipe and the entire family was delighted at the outcome. I added some fresh mushrooms, my only regret was that there wasn't more broccoli in it. And to all the cheese lovers....this is definately a keeper!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Before I made this recipe I read the comments and made a few changes. Before I made this recipe I read the comments and made a few changes. I used less cheese, added canned mushrooms, garlic powder, black pepper, used cooked chicken strips and extra broccoli. Everyone enjoyed the meal. It was easy to make as I used just one pot with a strainer lid. I also broke the spaghetti in half. Next time I will break up the pasta into smaller pieces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of our new favorites! This is one of our new favorites!! It is also great meatless. The first time I made it I didn't have any chicken so I added bacon bits instead. It was awesome. I also added an onion to the water when I added the broccoli. It really gave the noodles a great flavor. We love this recipe!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good and easy to make but WAY WAY to much Velveeta. Very good and easy to make but WAY WAY to much Velveeta. I used less than 1/2 of what it called for and it was still extremely creamy. I've also made it with peas instead of broccoli and it was great. I threw some red pepper chunks in, adding some great color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OK, as I read the reviews, it struck me ironic that the name of this recipe says "CREAMY" & there... OK, as I read the reviews, it struck me ironic that the name of this recipe says "CREAMY" & there are complaints about its creaminess. Well, it IS creamy & my family loved it...including my picky teens & husband. Very fast & easy to make. Great comfort food!
