Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and easy, and great for leftover roast chicken. Quick and easy, and great for leftover roast chicken. I sometimes use grapes instead of dates,,and since we love crunch--I like to add chopped water chestnuts too. Pile this on a bed of greens, warm the bread, and dig in.
