Easy Chili Mac & Cheese Skillet

Here's everything they love—ground beef, tomatoes and macaroni and cheese—in an easy chili powder-spiked weeknight skillet dish.

What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef
1
small  onion, chopped
1
Tbsp.  chili powder
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1-3/4
cups  water
2
cups  elbow macaroni, uncooked
3/4
lb.  (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Make It

BROWN meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Stir in chili powder.

STIR in tomatoes and water. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender.

ADD VELVEETA; cook and stir 5 min. or until melted.
