These easy barbecued ribs get their sweet and spicy on with orange marmalade and chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.

What You Need

lb.  pork baby back ribs
cup  BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
tsp.  orange marmalade
tsp.  chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Make It

CUT ribs into 2-rib sections. Mix remaining ingredients; set aside.

PLACE ribs in Dutch oven or stockpot. Add enough cold water to completely cover ribs; cover with lid. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. Drain.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Grill ribs 10 min. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing generously with barbecue sauce mixture.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked rice, grilled potatoes (or any other grilled vegetables) and a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Substitute 1/2 tsp. dried ground chipotle pepper for the 4-1/2 tsp. chopped chipotle peppers.
Use Your Microwave
Cut ribs into sections as directed. Place in large microwaveable bowl. Add 1/2 cup water. Microwave on HIGH 20 min., gently stirring after 10 min.; drain. Grill as directed.
