Here's a delicious frosting recipe for your favorite cakes and cupcakes. Make certain that you pay attention to the amount of frosting that you use. It's rich, so a little goes a long way. Recipe makes enough to frost tops and sides of 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers, top and sides of 13x9-inch cake, tops of 3 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers or 24 cupcakes.
If frosting becomes too thick, beat in additional milk by teaspoonfuls until of spreading consistency.
Substitute 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate (6 oz.) for the 4 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate.
