Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time on this mess! Don't waste your time on this mess! These "cookies" don't rise because there is no flour or other baking ingredient in this recipe. When they bake the chocolate is very gooey. I baked them for 10 minutes and tried to get them out of the pan but all I ended up with was a mess. Baked them for a little longer- I could only get them out when the edges were burnt! I threw this recipe away. Don't waste your time!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like these best with semi sweet chocolate, but I love sweet things. I like these best with semi sweet chocolate, but I love sweet things. I haven't had a problem with the cookies sticking. I grease the pans first--just like in the directions, and cook for about 13 minutes. Everyone loves them! If you need a quick treat and you're in a hurry these are super!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These came out really well. These came out really well. Mine looked better then the picture, more like actual macaroons. I am very pleased with the recipe the way it is, but you could easily adjust the recipe to tailor it to your liking. Ex: mix up the nuts, use semisweet chocolate, etc.

Question: Does two squares of chocolate mean two individually wrapped pieces or two of the actual squares (two a wrapped together). The recipe needs to also include amount, weight, such as ounces would help this be clear. Thanks though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great tasting, and an easy recipe. Great tasting, and an easy recipe. I brought them to work and they were very well received. My only advice would be to not use too heaping of a teaspoon of batter - they're quite rich and it's best to have smaller macaroons.
