If you don't have a pastry bag, fill a large resealable plastic bag with chocolate mixture; seal bag. Use scissors to snip 1 corner from bottom of bag. Use to pipe chocolate mixture onto wafers.
Chocolate mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator about 20 min. before using. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly before piping onto wafers. Continue as directed.
Spoon about 1 teaspoonful chocolate mixture onto each wafer instead of piping it.
