  • Stir first 4 ingredients in small bowl with whisk until blended. Whisk egg, buttermilk and oil in medium bowl until blended. Stir in flour mixture just until blended. (Do not overmix.)
  • Ladle batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using about 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides. Transfer to parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Repeat with remaining batter to make a total of 24 pancakes.
  • Spread 12 pancakes with cream cheese product; cover with remaining pancakes, pressing gently into cream cheese to secure.


Use a griddle to make more pancakes per batch and speed up your cooking time.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh fruit and warm maple syrup.
