I really enjoyed this recipe! This will be my go-to recipe for lasagna from now on. The only reason I didn't give this recipe 5 stars is because I didn't feel that the quantities of some of the ingredients were enough. I didn't have enough meat sauce or cottage cheese based off of what was listed in the recipe, so next time I will increase the ground beef to a 1 1/2 pounds, will get a larger jar of spaghetti sauce and I will get a larger container of cottage cheese as well. I love this recipe! I have made it several times and use it as a base receipe. I add different vegetables and experiment with different meats and cheeses. So good!

Very good! I use ground turkey, fat free cheese, and whole grain noodles to make it a little healthier.
