  • Combine graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch-square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP and 3/4 cup coconut; pour over crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours. Meanwhile, toast remaining coconut. (See tip.)
  • Spread remaining COOL WHIP over dessert just before serving. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.

How to Toast Coconut

Toasting coconut is easy. Just spread BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Or, spread in microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every minute. Watch carefully as coconut can easily burn!

Storing Coconut

Store unopened packages of BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut at room temperature. After opening, place the package in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze for up to 6 months.
