    so simple yet so delicious. My husband now requests this dessert and with most of the ingredients in the house, it sin't hard to put together. Even our non-coconut family members enjoyed this dessert

    Made this pie exactly as written. Turned out very good.. Too much for one person so I froze half of it.. then I got curious as to how it would be after it was frozen.. maybe runny.. not so! thawed beautifully.. tasted just as good.
