  • Mix coffee granules and water in 2-quart pitcher until coffee is dissolved. Stir in half-and-half and granulated sweetener.
  • Place 1 Tbsp. of the frozen whipped topping in each of 8 tall glasses. Add 1/2 cup each of the coffee mixture and club soda to each glass; stir.
  • Serve each with a long spoon and straw.

Combine coffee, water, half-and-half and granulated sweetener as directed. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour over whipped topping in glasses, then add club soda and continue as directed.
