Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have always added green pepper in my coleslaw. I have always added green pepper in my coleslaw. It really does add a special taste. Since this recipe was a compliment recipe to the pork on a bun, I was disappointed that it didn't have ingredient measurements to serve 20 people as was the recipe for pork on a bun. I know I can do the math and get the totals but how many heads of cabbage etc. do we need? Summertime and BBQ's usually mean we are feeding more people. Please include larger serving sizes in summertime recipes.

To counteract the sourness of the mayonnaise add a teaspoon of karo syrup. Happy trying.
