Wrap cheese in dough rounds as directed. Place, gathered-sides down, on lightly floured work surface. Gently roll each ball until smooth.
For best results, the cream cheese should be cold before using as directed. If desired, you can cube the cream cheese ahead of time. Keep refrigerated until ready to use. Do not use the soft (tub) of cream cheese to prepare this recipe.
