  • BEAT egg in large bowl with mixer until foamy. Add other ingredients; mix well.
  • SHAPE your dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Using a fork, flatten your cookies using a criss-cross pattern.
  • BAKE cookies 11-13 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet 1 min, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from oily and flat I made this recipe hoping to take the cookies to a luncheon, but it didn't work out well. The dough was oily, and the baking trays were covered in peanut oil. The cookies didn't rise, and were tough to chew. I'm not sure how to improve it, but I won't be making these again.
