  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine coating mix and cheese in pie plate. Mix dressing and milk in separate pie plate until blended.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in dressing mixture, then in coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (165°F).

Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise mixed with 1 tsp. lemon juice for the MIRACLE WHIP Dressing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I tweeked this recipe a little. I tweeked this recipe a little. Before I added any ingredients, I patted the chicken with a little flour. That helps the rest of the ingredients to stick better. Instead of Miracle Whip, I used Kraft Mayo and I added some corn flake crumbs to the Shake and Bake. This recipe came out so good and very crunchy and moist.

The only thing I had to change was the cooking time, I don't know what kind of breasts Kraft was using, but mine were NOT done in 15 m! It took more like 45m to cook all the way through. Still not bad time for such a great dinner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from the recipe is amazing. the recipe is amazing. its one of my favorite chicken dishes to make. the only thing wrong is the cooking time. i found that it needs to be cooked for 45-60 minutes for it to be done instead of 15 like the recipe states. other than the time being wrong, its great!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was a pretty good recipe. This was a pretty good recipe. I used bread crumbs instead of shake n bake and I also added some hot sauce to the milk/miracle whip mixture. I cooked 3 chicken breasts and it took about 35 minutes to cook. Overall a very good recipe- I just made it my own!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So fast and easy to make! So fast and easy to make! The coating kept in the moisture on the chicken to make it a tasty dish. I found I didn't use all the shake and back mix and it was fine. Def no salt added - there is plenty in this mix. I would make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVED the recipe. LOVED the recipe. Easy, tasty, and quick! But I do agree with some of the comments that it needs to bake longer. I do have a new oven and still needed 25 minutes to bake. Also, I used less of the Shake and Bake. It was too strong using the whole packet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from We expected a very different flavor! We expected a very different flavor! The Shake 'n Bake "Original" seasoning was definitely not the right taste for us. Otherwise it was definitely easy to make and the meat was juicy! Will try another recipe next time.
