what you need

Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
 RITZ Crackers, crushed
tsp.  dried thyme leaves
 salmon fillets (1/2 lb.)

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF. Mix mustard, cracker crumbs and thyme.

PLACE fish, skin-sides down, on foil-covered baking sheet; spread with mustard mixture.

BAKE 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

How to Use Your Grill
Cover grill grate with foil. Heat grill to medium heat. Spread fish with mustard mixture as directed; place on foil. Cover grill with lid. Grill 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
