  • Cut eggs lengthwise in half.
  • Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Spoon into egg white halves.

Easy Deviled Eggs & Bacon

Substitute 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, heated and finely chopped, for the chopped ham.

Make Ahead

Eggs can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Special Extra

Garnish with paprika.

I had never made them before. He wanted me to get my brothers recipe but I didn't have time. So I found this recipe and he absolutely loved them. I think he ate half of the dozen that I made. Everyone liked them. I used the bacon. Will absolutely make them again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I already make something similar and everybody loves it! I already make something similar and everybody loves it! Here it is: 1Tbls Sour Creme, 1/2 ts mustard, 1 pickle, 100gr ham or similar (I use pressed turkey brests), a little bit of butter and 1/2 of a smaller onion (finely chopped). Mix all with yolk like in this recepy and fill eggwhites. Delicious! :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The ham was a bit strong. The ham was a bit strong. I'm used to tasting mostly egg in my deviled eggs. I may try the substitute suggested as a variation--OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits--before saying I wouldn't make the recipe again. I don't, however, plan on making the ham version again.

SERVED THIS ON A SILVER PLATTER WITH KALE FOR SOME ADDED TEXTURE. I ADDED LEMON SLICES WITH LIME AS WELL.

You wouldn't have known I had even made them, they were all eaten in less than 10 minutes, no joke!!! I even made 2 batches. This recipe is a keeper and keeps everyone asking for more!!!
