Loved these potatoes!!! Served with steaks. Great combo of a little rich, swiss cheese & perfectly tender potatoes. I used 1/8 cup poupon to avoid being too 'mustardy' Recommend these for anyone who love good potatoes!!

I made this recipe for Easter and was not very impressed. Even with the dijon, the flavor was very subtle and not very tasty. I should have doubled the sauce and although I used cheddar cheese, the recipe itself needed more seasoning for flavor.
I used sharp cheddar cheese because that was what I had and it was really great!
