I made this dessert for a girls night out dinner. It was easy to make and very tasty. It was a nice change from chocolate desserts and my friends loved it.

What You Need

2
cups boiling water
1
pkg. (0.6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
1
pkg. (12 oz.) frozen raspberries without added sugar
 Ice cubes
1/2
cup cold water
1
pkg. (13.6 oz.) prepared fat-free pound cake, cubed
1
tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed

Make It

ADD boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add raspberries; stir until thawed. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is melted. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened.

POUR over cake cubes in 3-qt. bowl.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until gelatin is set. Top with COOL WHIP.

Variation
Prepare as directed, using JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin, regular COOL WHIP Whipped Topping and regular pound cake.
Best of Season
Prepare using 2 cups fresh raspberries.
