  • Whisk egg, milk, 1 Tbsp. cheese and basil in bowl until blended.
  • Spray 6 oz. ovenproof coffee cup or ramekin with cooking spray; add egg mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. or until egg is set. Remove from oven. Let cool 2 min. before serving.
