Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe for the family last night. I made this recipe for the family last night. I changed a few things I added diced tomatos with garlic and onion and instead of using parsley I used fresh basil. I also sprinkled the chicken with italian seasoning after I put lemon and lime juice on it. I mixed all my ingredients including the red peppers and put it over the chicken and baked it. We all loved it. It was quick and easy to make Thanks for another yummy recipe we will enjoy for many years!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I think this was the best recipe I've made from Kraft so far, and I've been cooking with kraft... I think this was the best recipe I've made from Kraft so far, and I've been cooking with kraft recipes for a few months now. It is delicious, easy, nutritious, low calorie, low fat, and low carb. I had my brother and his family over for dinner, and they even loved it. The kids cut up their chicken and put it on a salad to make a chicken salad! Plus this is one rare time when I can get away with putting fruit (lemon juice) on meat!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The chicken was incredibly moist and had excellent flavor! The chicken was incredibly moist and had excellent flavor! My family rated this receipe a ten - and the nicest part about it was its simplicity. I personally added sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken after it had baked 15 minutes, and also put sliced black olives on the chicken when I put on the red peppers and parsley. I would definitely make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great, very easy recipe. This is a great, very easy recipe. My family doesn't like red peppers so I used diced fresh tomato instead. The chicken is so tender that I decided to try the recipe with other types of cheeses (I've tried gorgonzola and a garlic cheese spread), still using the salt, pepper, and lemon juice. My picky husband has LOVED every one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an awesome recipe! This was an awesome recipe!!! I did a little tweekn to the recipe. I used whole feta cheese, diced up the red bell pepper, & used dried parsley & mixed all together & put on top of the chicken & sealed the chicken individually in foil. My family loved it!! Even my 5yr old. I served it w/a side creamy alfredo angle hair noodles..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of the best chicken recipes ever! This is one of the best chicken recipes ever!Easy and fast. I have marinated the chicken in lemon juice all day and come home and bake it . The only difference I do is instead of red peppers I wait until its cooked and as soon as I pull it out of the oven, I add either grape or cherry tomatoes on top, so they warm not bake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband doesn't like anything. My husband doesn't like anything. He said this is the best chicken I've ever made. To quote him, it's exceptional! This really was delicious. The flavor of the lemon with the feta and the crisp red peppers is excellent. I added some fresh chopped basil on top. This is the best recipe I've got off Kraftfoods.com yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The feta, usually a pretty strong flavored cheese, really tones down in sharpness after it's baked. The feta, usually a pretty strong flavored cheese, really tones down in sharpness after it's baked. I put the red peppers on the chicken about 10 minutes before it was done in the oven to warm them up. I recommend browning the chicken first for a prettier presentation then transfering to the oven to finish cooking.
