  • Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan. Stir in quinoa; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. Add broccoli; stir. Simmer, covered, 3 min. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until broth is completely absorbed.
  • Meanwhile, cook chicken in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add dressing, juice and syrup to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 3 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Place chicken and quinoa on platter. Drizzle dressing mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with nuts.

Special Equipment Needed

Use Tongs When Cooking Chicken

When cooking chicken, use tongs instead of a fork when turning the chicken over. This will help to prevent the juices from running out, resulting in a moister, more flavorful cooked product.

How to Toast Nuts

Toasting nuts adds crunch and intensifies their flavor. To toast nuts in the oven, spread nuts in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 min. or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. To toast nuts on the stovetop, place nuts in ungreased skillet. Cook on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. To toast nuts in the microwave, place up to 1 cup of nuts in a microwaveable shallow dish. Microwave on HIGH until fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 sec.
