This might not seem like much of a recipe but the results are amazing. I only marinated this for an hour but the chicken was so tender. I also seasoned it to add more flavor. I made chicken quesadillas with the leftovers. My kids loved it!
I marinated overnight and baked it. Also made it using Kraft Fat Free Catalina dressing, and grilled that one. Either way, it is simple, tender, and delicious.
I can't believe this even got any reviews...pour BBQ sauce over chicken and grill....brilliant!
