Easy Ground Beef Tacos Three Ways

Building a taco is fun, easy and delicious with this easy ground beef taco recipe. We'll show you the basic recipe; let everyone dress them as they like!

What You Need

lb.  ground beef
1
pkg.  (8.85 oz.) TACO BELL® Crunchy Taco Dinner Kit
1
cup  frozen corn, thawed
1
pkg.   (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1
cup  shredded lettuce
1
cup  chopped fresh tomato
3/4
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

HEAT oven to 300°F.

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in corn, Seasoning Mix and 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, place Taco Shells on baking sheet. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until hot.

SERVE taco shells with bowls of seasoned meat, Taco Sauce and remaining toppings.

Variation - Corny Chicken Tacos
Substitute 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces, for beef.
Variation - Corny Vegetarian Tacos
Substitute 1 cup each chopped zucchini, and chopped red or green peppers and 1 can (15 oz.) rinsed black beans for cooked beef. Continue as directed.
