Place BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Add 1 to 2 drops each of red and yellow food coloring; close bag and shake until coconut is evenly tinted.
Use a toothpick to dip the truffle into melted white chocolate; shake off excess chocolate then place truffle on waxed-paper. This may leave just a small hole on top that can be covered with a tiny dab of chocolate.

Loved these taste great and are really cute for Halloween!
This is definitely not the easiest recipe but I still am satisfied with how it turned out. I left the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour each time and it still melted when I was forming and dipping the balls. IT IS MESSY! Also, make sure the white chocolate mixture is completely cooled before dipping the balls (about 30-45 min). When doing the coconut balls, put the coconut on the balls immediately after dipping them in the orange mixture. So much easier. I would recommend adding two more Tbsp of coconut and two more white chocolate squares to each of the white chocolate mixtures. I didn't have enough for all of the balls. Overall I am satisfied with how this recipe turned out visually, see my user photo, and I can't wait to taste them tonight at my Halloween party!
I will admit, the truffle making process itself WAS a little difficult. I had to keep placing the truffle center back into the freezer during the dipping process because they were melting in the warm chocolate.
With that being said, the recipe is super delicious and they are super adorabl with easily made adaptions.
I recomend trying to make them because people will enjoy them regardless of how perfect they are in the end.
