    I liked this dish, but my husband loved it. Seems more like a breakfast dish than dinner though.

    This was OK. I used spinach instead of broccoli and ritz crackers instead of the wheat thins. I added salt and pepper, onion powder, minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the egg mixture which added some flavor.
