Easy Ham-Wrapped Breadsticks

It was easy to make but I didn't get the rave reviews for this recipe that I have received for others I have prepared.

I used roast beef instead of ham and sprinkled on some pepper spice. It was a big hit at office party. Everyone asked how it was made. One thing though, if it sits too long the bread stick gets soft where the cream cheese and meat is wrapped. But I would make it again.

These are a cinch to make and were a huge hit at our bbq!

I thought it tasted kind of blah so I added a little Ranch dressing and Kraft Parmesan Cheese to the cream cheese which helped. I didn't read the reviews first, wish I had...I made these the day before a potluck and the breadsticks got very soggy very fast. Now I don't know if I want to take them, could be embarrassing. When they say serve immediately they mean it!

Used pretzel rods instead of breadsticks.

I made these tiwce last year for 2 office Christmas parties - they really loved them - I tried long pretzels instead of the breatsticks the 2nd time I made them & they didn't seem to get as soft. I've used ham & turkey.

Breadsticks get very soft very fast, so don't make in advance. Make them right when you're going to serve them. Sesame breadsticks taste the best, but they are kind of hard to find. Don't use a thin lunchmeat, or it will be hard to spread the cream cheese.

These were good but the breadsticks became too soggy

Made this for a large group. A little tedious to make but everyone thougt the were so good and easy to eat. Served them in large and deep water goblet and placed glasses in several spots. They were a hit!

I made these for a Baby shower and they were a hit. they were so easy to make.
