ABSOLUTELY DELISH!! The only thing I did different was add 6 more noodles and increased the sauce by adding another 1/2 a jar and increase the mozzarella to 1 1/2 cups because I mixed 1/2 c mozzarella, 1/4 c Parmesan and 1 egg with the ricotta just for a richer flavor. then mixed 1/4 c Parmesan with mozzarella to sprinkle on top and baked for 10 minutes longer! I was feeding a family of 8 that includes 5 hungry kids by supper time!!
