Rated 3 out of 5 by from I found the recipe to be quick and easy. I found the recipe to be quick and easy. I modified the recipe by increasing the nooles to 9 and mixed 1 cup of mozzarella cheese to the ricotta. I neglected to increase the amount of sauce which caused the lasagna to be a bit dry. I'll certinally make the recipe again but I'll reduce the amount of mozzarella that I add to the ricotta to 1/2 cup and double the amount of sauce. I'll also add some herbs and spices like garlic, basil, and oregano.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ABSOLUTELY DELISH! ABSOLUTELY DELISH!! The only thing I did different was add 6 more noodles and increased the sauce by adding another 1/2 a jar and increase the mozzarella to 1 1/2 cups because I mixed 1/2 c mozzarella, 1/4 c Parmesan and 1 egg with the ricotta just for a richer flavor. then mixed 1/4 c Parmesan with mozzarella to sprinkle on top and baked for 10 minutes longer! I was feeding a family of 8 that includes 5 hungry kids by supper time!!

I cooked the noodles first to cut down on bake time. I added basil to the ricotta, as suggested by another user, and this lasagna not only pleased everyone (vegetarian and carnivore), but we even had some leftover after feeding 4 of us. (I also made the suggested salad.) Excellent--will make again! Thanks Kraft!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was GREAT. This was GREAT. I too did some altering. I took out half the ground beef and replaced with italian sausage. I added a little basil pesto sauce to the ricotta cheese. I made my spaghetti sauce from scratch (based on the spaghetti bolognese sauce on this website). But this was an excellent place to start. It's way easier than other recipes. I'm just picky so I always add SOMEthing.

I made 2 batches...one with ground beef and the other with hot Italian sausage. Hubby loved the ground meat and everyone else was on board with the sausage which added a little extra zing to the dish. My son said it was as good as his Aunt's homemade from scratch Italian Lasagna! I sure will be making THIS again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This HAS TO BE the easiest lasagna anyone can make! This HAS TO BE the easiest lasagna anyone can make!! It was so easy to make! I made it one night for a last minute gathering and everyone loved it! It was a total hit with a good italian salad and vino. I do suggest to use 2 or more jars of sauce. The meat tends to absorb the sauce a lot while baking...other than that it is grade A lasagna. I have made it a total of 3 times!

I love lasagna recipes where you don't have to cook the noodles first --and this one was terrific! I added a couple cloves of minced garlic, some dried basil and a dash of oregano to the ground beef, as it cooked. I also substituted half a cup of cheddar for the mozzarella. I served it with a crispy garden salad and garlic bread -- my family loved it!

I used Boca ground "beef" instead of the real thing and low fat cottage cheese after reading other reviews. Next time I will use a half cottage cheese/half ricotta cheese mixture and try to find low sodium spaghetti sauce. My husband thought the recipe was very salty and he LOVES salt, so I knew it was bad. Overall, very easy and tasty!
