Can this recipe be made a day ahead of time?
Very easy to make. Since I hadn't made it before I wasn't sure how it'd turn out so I entered other desserts in my family's Christmas eve contest...but after seeing and tasting how it came out, it'll be in this years contest for sure - since everyone else is intent on baking - this will be a nice cool change. I'm going to play around with the layers a bit though. P.S. - I won 1st and 2nd place last year. Hoping to hang on to the trophy!
