Left overs is not my choice for a meal. However, I and my husband raved about the flavor and tenderness of the beef. But I must tell you day 2 was fabulous in flavor! I even saved some beef for day 3 and this was even more flavorful and outstanding then day 2. Thank you for this exceptional recipe.
