I really liked this recipe and it was really easy. I made a few changes. Rather than sausage, I used turkey burger and per other recommendations, I used 3 tbsp of italian dressing. I cooked the turkey burger and veggies together, drained it, then added it to the rest of the ingredients. Brought to a boil, added the pasta for 6 minutes. It really cooked down to a nice stew versus a soup and was very healthy.
