Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Possibly the best Kraft recipe I have tried. Possibly the best Kraft recipe I have tried. was really delicious, I used mild Italian sausage but did add some red pepper flakes to kick it up a touch, also used an exta TBSP of dressing as per some other reviews. Also I wanted it more like a stew than a soup so I used 2 and a half cups of pasta (shells as we prefer them to mac). Can't wait to scoff the leftovers tomorrow (if I can stay out of the kitchen tonight). This will be a regular dinner in our house from now on. Is easy and really really delicious.

Since i am on Weight Watchers i thought this would be a great recipe to try. i did modify a few things. changed the sausage to turkey italian sausage, changed the dressing to fat free italian, changed the diced tomatoes to salt free, changed the macaroni to whole wheat spaghetti(broken in pieces), added a bag of frozen spinach, couple cloves of chopped garlic and it was fabulous. would like to see what these changes do to the nutrition information it would help me better with my weight loss program.

Made this with 1 can of broth, and 16 oz of chicken boullion (what I had and I knew I was going to double the pasta). I used 2 c. elbows, and added a sprinkle or two of hot red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Absolutely great! I notice that the leftovers will have less liquid, but I don't think that will be issue. I'll add a little white cooking wine if necessary. ;-) When serving, add a sprinkle of cayenne...great stuff! It's in the rotation...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Wow! This was SO good! The flavors are great & the heartiness of it makes for a perfect cold day meal. I added some fresh cut up zucchini (yum!) and used medium sized shells. I will probably use the elbow macaroni as called for in the recipe next time because the shells seemed to fall apart easily since I let this soup simmer on the stove for a while. Overall, a great great recipe & that I will definitely make again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really liked this recipe and it was really easy. I really liked this recipe and it was really easy. I made a few changes. Rather than sausage, I used turkey burger and per other recommendations, I used 3 tbsp of italian dressing. I cooked the turkey burger and veggies together, drained it, then added it to the rest of the ingredients. Brought to a boil, added the pasta for 6 minutes. It really cooked down to a nice stew versus a soup and was very healthy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was the single BEST new recipe I have made in a long time! This was the single BEST new recipe I have made in a long time! We loved it. The flavor was wonderful and it was so quick and easy. I used 1/2 sweet and 1/2 hot Italian sausage and substituted 1/2 pkg of Good Seasons Italian dressing as I didn't have any Kraft Zesty. I also forgot about the cheese until we had already eaten but, can't imagine that it would make it any better than it was.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i used extral lean groundbeef instead of sausage, and i thought it was great. i used extral lean groundbeef instead of sausage, and i thought it was great. put it in the slowcooker on low for 3-4 hours, (first i cooked the groundbeef in the frying pan) i used fresh green, red peppers and onions. by letting it simmer for 3 hours it wasnt very souppy more thicker like a stew, but i think either way you like it ttry this one its a nice easy to fix meal!!!!
