I only used marinedes (not the rice) - the ranch & catalina ones - and used them both on chicken. They turned out excelent and I definitly plan on using them again!

Kraft Kitchens Tips

How to Prevent Wooden Skewers from Burning
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning on the grill.
Shortcut
Buy precut meat, such as chicken tenders and beef stir-fry strips, or buy fast-fry chops and cutlets, which are easy to slice.
Creative Leftovers
Cover and refrigerate any leftovers. Spoon onto 6-inch flour tortillas; roll up. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until heated through. Or, spoon leftovers into pita pockets and microwave as directed.
