  • Mix chicken, sherry and 1 tsp. cornstarch. Let stand 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix dressing, soy sauce, remaining cornstarch, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic; cook and stir 15 sec. Add chicken mixture; cook and stir 4 min. or until chicken is done. Push chicken to side of skillet.
  • Stir dressing mixture; add to center of skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add onions and nuts; mix to coat all ingredients with dressing mixture. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Serve with rice.
