I liked the ease of this recipe, but it is rather bland with no seasonings other than what is in the dressing. I added a lot of black pepper and some sriracha and that helped considerably. It makes a bunch and will last us for at least three meals.
I made mine with smoked sausage but it was hard to keep lit.
