I used whipped chive cream cheese as the bottom layer, then the tomato, then salsa, then the scallions, and finally topped with the cheese. It makes a good mexican dip for your tortilla chips also!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply wonderful! Simply wonderful! We had about 15 people over for a barbeque and everyone loved it! Next time, I would use a little less garlic than what the recipe calls for because it was a bit strong. Also, I served it with tortilla chips - it made the perfect dip!
