Easy Layered Tomato Dip Recipe

What You Need

1

pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

2

cloves garlic, minced

2

small tomatoes, chopped

3

green onions, sliced

1/4

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

WHEAT THINS Reduced Fat Snacks

Make It

MIX Neufchatel and garlic until well blended.

SPREAD onto bottom of shallow serving bowl or 9-inch pie plate; top with tomatoes, onions and Cheddar. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

SERVE with crackers.

MIGHT make it again... i liked it but it wasnt very liked by the group... i used regular cream cheese instead of the neufchatel but it was missing... something.

This dip was a hit when I made it for a work party. The only thing I would do differently is maybe use onion and no garlic. It had a very strong kick.

wow what a simple and yummy dip! i made this for ladies night and again 2 days later for a family get together and it was a hit both times around! the second time i used whipped cream cheese just to make it a little easier to scoop up but it really isn't necessary. the garlic is definitely the key to this recipe, it made it soooo great!

I took this to a party and it was gone in 15 minutes! I used shredded mozzarella, sliced cherry tomatoes and basil from my garden. Then topped it with some balsamic vinagrette. Everyone made me send them the recipe.
