  • Then follow our 3 simple steps:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in oven in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with 1-1/2 cups crushed cookies and the coconut. Pour sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) evenly over coconut; sprinkle with 2 cups coarsely broken cookies and 1 cup toppings.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 32 bars to serve.

    I make this with chips ahoy and semi choc chunks and it is awesome! Teachers say it is the one thing that they all like and then all the teachers want the recipe too! It is my go to for bday snacks for the classroom. If you put them in the fridge for a while before cutting it is much easier to get them off the foil.
