What You Need

JET-PUFFED Marshmallows

Tbsp. colored sugar

1/2

JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallow

Make It

CUT large marshmallows diagonally in half with kitchen shears. Press cut-sides in colored sugar.

ARRANGE in flower shape on top of your favorite dessert.

FILL center with miniature marshmallow half, cut-side down.

Note

Use flowers to decorate pies and frosted cupcakes or cakes.

Substitute

Substitute small gumdrop or pastel candy for the miniature marshmallow half.

Wonderful and sooooo EASY! I'm the cupcake mom and I'm always trying to find new and interesting cupcake designs to make for all the school and special events. I've bought tons of books and surfed the internet for ideas through the years and I have to say this is the easiest idea with the best WOW factor! Just made these last night for my 9 year old daughter's Easter party at school. She made all the flowers herself! Perfect idea!

Made these for my daughters birthday treats for school and the kids loved them......fairly easy to make and look very cute. I tinted the Cool Whip green and used several colors for the flowers.......will make again.

I made angelfood cupcakes and used mini colored marshmallows and a jellybeans to make flowers. They were ADORABLE and people loved them. Another plus is frosting the cupcakes with colored Cool Whip. A perfect light recipe that tastes great! THIS RECIPE IS A MUST!
