  • Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl until blended. Gradually add sugar, mixing well after each addition.
  • Freeze 1 hour or until cream cheese mixture is firm enough to handle.
  • Shape cream cheese mixture into 40 balls, using about 1 rounded tsp. cream cheese mixture for each ball. Place in single layer in shallow pan; refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.
  • Place sprinkles in small bowl, then place chocolate chips and chopped toffee bits in 2 separate small bowls.
  • Remove 14 cheese balls from refrigerator; roll, 1 at a time, in sprinkles. Place in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet; place in refrigerator. Repeat with 13 of the remaining cheese balls and chocolate chips, then repeat with remaining cheese balls and toffee. Keep refrigerated.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too gooey followed each step, not sure what happened but these did not turn out well, maybe more powedered sugar would have helped. I do not suggest these.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tastes Good, but Doesn't Firm Up I made these for Christmas Eve. The dough would not firm up well, and I had to keep putting them back in the freezer. This even happened when I served them. They get too soft to pick up. The flavor was delicious, but it was like trying to shape frosting into balls. I might try it again, but it really needs some sort of stabilizer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Delicious! Made this for Christmas to experiment for a possible wedding shower food and they were a huge hit. The favorite toppings were Heath pieces and 1/2 graham cracker, 1/2 mini chocolate chips. I will definitely make these again. I used a small cookie scoop for the dough and it worked pretty good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hesitant to try - SUGGESTION After so many had issues with balls not staying together - it would really help if a cook could answer these questions. That is why more blogs are so popular, THEY have MADE these & possibly had issues they were able to amend. Most people want answers NOW - not several months later or never.
