  • Heat vinaigrette in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook 8 to 10 min. or until mushrooms are tender and liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Add Parmesan, parsley and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
  • Spread toast slices with cream cheese spread, adding about 1/2 Tbsp. cream cheese to each; top with mushroom mixture.
