PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/3
cup chopped
stuffed green olives
RITZ Crackers
Make It
MIX
cream cheese spread and olives; cover.
REFRIGERATE
1 hour. Serve as a spread with the crackers.

My family has used this recipe for years but we spread it on celery and my children love it!!

This was an EXCELLENT dip/spread - and so easy. I received numerous requests for the recipe, as well as compliments on it - and it was so last-minute! I added the tobasco sauce and a little minced garlic per some other suggestions in reviews, and it was really tasty!

needed an "emergency" spread. this is so fast & good! I used neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese spread. I warmed it in the microwave slightly so I could mix better. works great!

Got this from a friend and she used chopped pecans and a little sour cream to make it creamer. It's a great dip or sandwich spread.

Best if you use one can of sliced and then chopped water chestnuts, pimentos and roll in chopped almonds. Refrigerate overnight and serve cold on crackers, deli bread with choice of summer sausage, ham or any small deli meat of your flavor choice.

I add some of the juice from the olives and used this to stuff celery. Its always requested at family dinners.

Easy and very adaptable. I substituted 1/3 cup olive tapenade for the stuffed green olives and added a shake of kosher salt and 1 tsp. Tobasco with garlic. The Tobasco added a depth to the olive tapenade and gave it a bit of zing. A hit with the family and the office!
