This is a wonderful, quick, easy and tasty recipe. I don't know why some folks stated it was thrown out. My family loves it!

What You Need

1
 onion, thinly sliced
1-1/2
tsp. oil
2
cups frozen BOCA Ground Crumbles
1/4
tsp. garlic powder
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) vegetable broth
1
can  (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
3
cups egg noodles, uncooked
1
container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1
Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

COOK and stir onions in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until onions are lightly browned.

ADD all remaining ingredients except sour cream and parsley; mix well. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or until crumbles are cooked through (160ºF) and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

STIR in sour cream; sprinkle with parsley.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as CATALINA.
Substitute
Prepare using BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN FREE Fat Free Sour Cream.
