This was very good using ground venison and beef broth. I will have to get a larger skillet to use next time so it will mix more easily. I don't recall stroganoff sauce being so runny, so I let it simmer a little longer and let it set for a few more minutes off of the burner before adding the sour cream. It could use a little bit more flavor in my opinion and not quite so much onion, according to my boyfriend. A little extra sour cream when heating leftovers keeps it moist and creamy (and a slight dusting of garlic powder doesn't hurt, either).
