  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in tomato, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the bacon bits and basil.
  • Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

    My husband and daughter loved this but I changed some things. I added 2 more eggs and did 2 Tbsp of rotel juice instead of water and put in a can of drained rotel instead of the tomatoes and added ham slivers to it as well and added whole package of cheese and cooked for 60 minutes instead. It turned out great! Next time I'm going to add mushrooms too bec/ we love those too. But my daughters had thirds of this dish and she's only 3 years old. She was able to help make it too bec/ it was so quick and easy.

    I love eggs and so does my family. A great breakfast/brunch meal. The flavors balance out nicely.

    This was great! I used ham and cheese. So simple; so quick; so good. Made with bisquits and dinner was served in less about 30 minutes. So easy and so little clean up I even got to sit down while it cooked!
