Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was awesome. This was awesome. I used some variations that made it superb. Instead of moistening the chicken with water, I dipped it in dry white wine before coating it with the cheese and salad dressing mixture. I also made it in a metal baking pan so I could put it under the broiler at the end of cooking, and lightly brushed the pan with olive oil before putting the chicken in. It makes this wonderful sauce that you can pour over the chicken. Oh, a word to the wise: make more of the cheese/dressing mixture than the recipe calls for. I ran out before all of the chicken was coated. Either way, it it DELISH!

Instead of in the oven, I put a layer of green beans on the bottom of the crock pot, add the chicken breasts (sometimes chicken tenders instead), cover with the cheese mixture, and then cook on low until the chicken starts to fall apart --easy "fix it and forget it" meal I can put on while the baby naps. Then I add rice or pasta for a side and it's an easy and delicious meal! My kids absolutely love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG! OMG! This recipe is amazing! And delicious!!! We added more garlic because we really like garlic and it turned out so juicy and tender. We did have to adjust the time/degree setting of the cooking. We did 20min @ 400, then another 15min @ 475. It browned the chicken to perfection. We also put a pat of butter on top of each breast to be able to brown it. Amazing! Adding this to our 'favorites'!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was great! This was great! I have tried many recipes that got a lot of good reviews but tasted horrible when I tried to make them. This one really is great though! The only thing I did different was I marinated the chicken in Italian dressing instead of getting the powder mix. You don't have to moisten the chicken then and cut the saltiness. I also poured melted butter over the top at around half way through to keep the cheese from burning. I don't know how it reheated because there was none left!

This recipe is a favorite and has been met with rave reviews every time I have made it for friends and family. I've been experimenting with the recipe each time I make it though and here are some ideas: 1) coat chicken in italian dressing before rolling in cheese mixture, 2) add an equal amount of bread crumbs as parmesan to the cheese mixture. It adds some crunch and keeps the chicken juicy. Also, I've found that, to properly coat 6 breasts, the mixture recipe needs to be doubled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family LOVES this, and chicken is not their first choice! My family LOVES this, and chicken is not their first choice! I have made this several times, now, and tonight, I used this chicken for chicken parmesan. I just made it as the recipe said, plated it up, put my favorite spaghetti sauce on it,(warmed) sprinkled it with mozzerella and parmesan, microwaved to melt the cheese, and, yum! Next time I will melt the cheese in the oven on oven-safe plates. Great with garlic mashed potatoes and your favorite veggie!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this recipe twice so far. I made this recipe twice so far. The second time, I made some revisions. I brushed ceasar salad dressing on the cutlets before coating them, which helped the coating stay on better. I added Adobo to the coating mixture. Then, during the last 10 to 15 minutes in the oven, I added artichoke hearts, spanish olives & mushrooms. My boyfriend LOVED the meal, I served the chicken with salad, corn, and stuffing. He said to make it more often :)

I took the suggestion of covering it with Caesar salad dressing & I turned out fantastic! I paired this with the Spinach and Rice with Almonds Recipe (http://www.kraftfoods.com/main.aspx?s=recipe&m=recipe/knet_recipe_display&recipe_id=56525) and it was a great dinner for the weeknight! I was told by my boyfriend that this one is a keeper! Happy cooking!
