  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Mix meat, stuffing mix and water. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  • Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF). Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake 10 min. or until sauce is heated through.


Prepare using KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce or your favorite KRAFT Barbecue Sauce.


Substitute ground chicken or ground turkey for the ground beef.

Make Ahead

Prepare meatballs as directed. Bake in 425ºF oven 20 min. or until done (160ºF). Stir in remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate up to 1 day. To reheat, bake in 425ºF oven 20 min. or until meatballs and sauce are heated through.

    These meatballs were great. They had a lot of flavor and held together well. I used the baking times as stated and they were baked just right.

    Very easy to assemble. My son thought they were fabulous. I would suggest checking the meatballs after 10 minutes. I checked mine closer to 20 minutes and they were too done and burning on the bottom. But will definitely try them again.

    To Dalgal21, I've found a Salisbury steak recipe that calls for Stove Top that my family loves and I've only made it unprepared. I do find it can be a bit dry so I usually add some milk. TLCII's recommendation sounds good too. I may try that next time.
