    This was very easy to make and very appealing to my family. I used a tomato, spinach, beet pasta instead of whole grain rotini. It gave it a better color and less of a grainy taste.

    I used veggie rotini. Very good, colorful, love the blanched broccoli! Used a bit more dressing and added Italian seasoning too!

    Recipe turned out dry, despite using less pasta. The parmesan cheese seemed to soak up all the dressing. If I make it again I will use more dressing.
